Sen Hub IA
Aware of the leverage that the digital sector represents in the country's socio-economic development, Senegal is continuing to step up its efforts in this field with the validation of its national strategy on artificial intelligence (SNIA). In this context the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications and the Digital Economy, the GIE AI HUB Sénégal, and the French Embassy have conceived the SEN Hub IA The ambition of the SEN Hub IA project is to support the implementation of the national artificial intelligence strategy (SNIA) in its efforts to foster the emergence of a digital ecosystem based around the use of artificial intelligence, and thus support Senegal's ambition to become a major hub for innovation and the digital economy in French-speaking Africa. It will strengthen human capital and develop a business environment conducive to the emergence of new economic activities that generate jobs and progress. SEN Hub IA will thus contribute to the visibility of this ecosystem and its close connection to its international environment.
